  • Dr.
    Larry E. Simon

    If you are looking for a gentle and effective doctor who listens, who won't order unnecessary test, is highly credentialed, and will show abundant concern for you, then Dr. Simon is who you are looking for.

    Dr. Simon was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and Life Chiropractic College, receiving his doctorates degree in 1986. Dr. Simon and his wife Pam have been married for 37 yrs. They have 3 daughters and one son, as well as 7 grandchildren.

    Dr. Simon began his career as a Chiropractic Physician in Myrtle Beach in 1989, and founded Surfside Chiropractic Center in 1991. Dr. Simon has successfully treated over 12,000 patients in the Horry-Georgetown area. Dr. Simon constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of Chiropractic. Dr. Simon is a member of the prestigious non-profit organization 'The Foundation for Wellness Professionals'. The foundation consists of volunteer physicians of various health care professions throughout the U.S. who meet and devote their time to screen, lecture, and educate the public. Dr. Simon is available for lecturing on a wide variety of health topics for your business, church, or social organization.  'It has been truly gratifying to see our patients get well with Chiropractic care, and not having to resort to the use of medication or surgery'.

    Steven Garlinger

    Dr. Garlinger with nearly 40 years of experience and Dr. Simon with nearly 3o years of experience, share their enthusiasm and dedication to help their patients achieve the maximum benefits possible and the best of Chiropractic care.

    Dr. Steve Garlinger is also a native of Michigan. Dr. Steve graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College (Davenport Iowa), in 1976. Dr. Steve was owner and operator of Lakeside Chiropractic Center for 30 years before transitioning to the Myrtle Beach area. Dr. Steve has been the onsite Chiropractor for the Hootie and the Blowfish, Celebrity Pro Am Golf Tournament since 2005, as well as for the PGA of America, Professional National Championship held in Myrtle Beach in 2014. Dr. Steve has been married to the love of his life, Melanie since 1979, who is a retired school teacher. Dr. Steve and Melanie have a daughter, a son, and one granddaughter.

    Dr. Steve joined Dr. Simon at Surfside Chiropractic Center in July 2014. Dr. Steve has been a tremendous asset to Surfside Chiropractic. Dr. Simon and Dr. Steve enjoy working as a team. They have found that this enhances their ability to reach more patients, and give their patients the very best of both of their knowledge and experience. This coupled with their abundant concern for each patient has proven to be extremely effective in patient care, outcome, and satisfaction.

  • Pamela A. Simon

    Pam and her husband Dr. Simon have enjoyed the pleasure of working side by side together since they first met. Going to school at the same time and then founding Surfside Chiropractic Center together in 1991.

    Pam is a native of Pennsylvania. She completed her primary education at Hemfield High School just 30 miles East of Pittsburgh. Pam completed her secondary education at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA. There she received her degree and certifications as a Chiropractic Technician and as a Radiological Technician. Pam also has a passion for and has extensive study in the field of nutrition and herbal medicine.

    At Surfside Chiropractic Center, Pam is involved in educating patients on the benefits of natural health care.  She gives lectures on nutrition, counsels patients on weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle, and as a long time runner she helps patients with performance enhancing techniques utilized by athletes all over the world. Pam is outgoing in everything she does. She sets her mark high and whatever she does, she is determined to see it thru and finish the course. Pam makes herself available to our patients, to enhance their health and help them achieve their goals. Pam is firm, positive, and enthusiastic. She knows victory, and she knows how to encourage others to achieve their goals as well.

  • Sherry Daniels
    C.A.

    Sherry is a native of the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. Sherry completed her education for Chiropractic Technician at USC, and Sherman Chiropractic College as a Radiological Technician. Sherry has served in the Chiropractic profession for over 25 years, giving her lots of experience and knowledge in the field of Chiropractic. Sherry has been married to her husband Robert since 1983. Sherry and Robert have 1 daughter and 3 sons, along with 4 grandchildren.

    At Surfside Chiropractic Center Sherry assists patients with getting the care they need. She manages patient charts, sets appointments, assists in education, and is the first one you talk to when calling the office. Most importantly, Sherry devotes herself to helping you have the best experience with Chiropractic care. When you talk to Sherry, whether it is on the phone or in person, you know you are talking to someone who cares and is a friend. Sherry stays busy but always makes time for each individual. She looks forward to your call, to give her the opportunity to answer your questions and assist you.
