How Does A Chiropractor Treat A Personal Injury?

To treat your injury, our chiropractor will perform spinal manipulation to help you align the vertebrae of your spine. The whole of your body will be able to work more efficiently when your spine is aligned. This procedure also helps to heal back pain, neck pain, and pain in other parts of the body, especially in the spine region.

Your back pain may be caused by an expanded space between the discs of your spine. Sudden pulling and stretching of your body in an accident could cause the expansion. That’s why we do manual disc decompression to close up space. Once that is done, the pain will disappear permanently. Any other treatment may help to reduce the pain, but it won’t resolve it completely. Now you understand how chiropractic care gets to the root cause of any pain.

Tender points or knots in muscle also cause another type of pain, and this pain is often severe. We resolve it with trigger point therapy. This treatment loosens and heals the knots, and the pain will disappear. For this kind of pain, medications will only work temporarily. Only a chiropractic procedure can get to the root and restore a pain-free life. 

We also have pediatric and geriatric methods for our pediatric (kids) and geriatric (seniors) patients. Although the treatment involves more gentle touches, it is equally as effective as our other chiropractic procedures. In addition to our chiropractic therapies, we also offer other corrective care and pain-relief procedures.
